My trip to Arizona

I am so sorry I haven't written in such a long time but I have just been so on the go.

A few weeks back I got to go visit Gigi ( great-grandma) and GGrandpa Schopbach in Arizona. Grami and Pop Pop flew down too so I had so many people to have fun with, including Gran Tia Becky and Auntie Tammy and Uncle Gary! Here are a lot of pictures from my trip!

I was so good on the airplane! I even helped the flight attendent greet the other passengers as they got on the flight. SO much fun!

It was so much fun to play in Arizona and to explore the different landscapes! There are so many funny plants with stickers that Mommy said I couldn't touch. I even got to smell the bouganvilla with Gigi.

While I was there I got to go swimming for the first time. I had a BLAST in the water. Grami bought me a raft to go in the water that had a little canopy so I could stay in the water as long as I wanted to- in fact I stayed in so long I decided to take a nap in the pool. It was so great. I finshed my nap in my car seat under the pergola while everyone else got some sun. I didn't get a tan but I did look pretty cute in my little swimming suits!

I had so much fun playing and hanging out with all of my family and getting to know Auntie Tammy and Uncle Gary. Grami and Pop Pop even babysat one night so Mommy and Daddy could go on a dessert date- they didn't know what to do without me!

We even took pictures with FOUR GENERATIONS of our family

In the end I had such a fun time but I had to rest up for my next trip to Colorado!

Happy Birthday Daddy

Here are a few pictures from Daddy's Birthday- the big 34!

We woke up early to make sure Daddy had a special breakfast of waffles and bacon and I helped him blow out his candles.

After Daddy got home from work we made him a special dinner that Daddy chose- grilled chicken alfredo with a fresh tomato basil mozzarella salad and fudge brownies with LOTS of frosting. Again I got to help Daddy with those candles!

I also got to help him open his presents- a new light and circular saw for his garage!

I hope he had a wonderful birthday! I love you Daddy!

Happy Easter- HE IS RISEN!

Happy Easter Everyone! Christ the Lord is Risen To-DAY, HALLELUJAH.

I was so excited for my First Easter that I woke up at 4:18 am just to make sure I didn't miss a minute of it. After some convincing from Mommy I did go back to sleep and then woke up in time to head to church with Mommy and Daddy. All the ladies at Church thought I was the cutest thing in my party dress that Grami Tami picked out for me in Dallas.

The Easter bunny also made a stop at our house- he brought me a basket filled with toys, bows, books and puffs but my favorite thing was clinking my plastic eggs together- such a fun sound!
After playing with my eggs I got to sit in my new hi-chair, that Daddy put together for me, and eat my Easter brunch of oatmeal and yogurt along side Mommy and Daddy. Their meal looked yummy too! After our dinner with just the three of us, we got to SKYPE with everyone in Colorado and talk to Grandma and Grandpa in Knife River. It was a very full and fun day. I hope you had a great Easter too!Love- Emma

Auntie Steff visits!

Last week we got a visit from my Auntie Steff from Colorado. She made a special trip down from her Spring Break in NYC where she was visiting her sister Becky to come see me and Mommy. We had such a good time showing her are favorite sites around Hershey including the Milton Hershey School, Chocolate World and Park and the Hershey Pantry. We even added a new locale- the Old Jon and Kate+8 house (Aunt Steff and Uncle Gregg are HUGE fans!). If any of these places interest you feel free to visit us any time!

Love,
Emma
